  2. Music Therapy is a real thing
  3. Study was done about whether some types of were bad for therapy
    1. Three types
      1. Diversion – as a distraction
      2. Solace – as a means to find comfort
      3. Discharge – as an anger release
    2. Men were found to primarily use Discharge
      1. Though there aren’t conclusions if it’s negative in the long term, there are some hesitations
      2. Correlated with a higher level of anxiety and neuroticism
    3. Women primarily used diversion
